Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Development Engineer to join our III-V process development team at Raytheon. As a member of our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department, you will be responsible for leading and executing process development efforts, improving product yield, and developing new processes and device capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute process development plans to improve product yield and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Design and implement new processes and device capabilities
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize process performance
  • Document and present process development status to the team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of prior work experience
  • Experience in semiconductor processing techniques such as photo lithography, dry etching, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections
  • Experience with statistical process control and lean manufacturing methods
  • Experience with data analysis software packages such as MATLAB, Python, SQL, and JMP
  • Ability to work well in small, cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse groups

Clearance Information

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
