Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a world-class operations facility. The successful candidate will possess a broad range of experience to ensure the ability to support quick reaction and longer-term planning for facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between building occupants, program teams, and other corporate requirements.
  • Provide professional verbal and written communication skills, using good judgment across a large audience.
  • Manage workflow management lifecycle, tracking ongoing taskings through to completion.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and building usage, including accesses.
  • Support Audio Visual and logistical requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Manage petty cash fund.
  • Coordinate travel for program personnel, including travel expense reports.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or in lieu of education + 3-5 years of experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledgeable in facility-related infrastructure.
  • Prior experience with audio visual equipment.

Benefits

Nightwing offers a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $200,000, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
