We are looking for a MIG Welding Specialist to become part of our dedicated team.

In this position, you will be tasked with welding and assembling various metal components to produce a finished product according to client specifications or technical drawings. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 4:45 PM, with opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend shifts.

Your key responsibilities as a MIG Welding Specialist:
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding standards to ascertain project requirements.
  • Utilize welding machinery to cut, weld, and fabricate metal structures.
  • Assemble various components at junctions between equipment.
  • Employ a range of tools and machinery, including drills, grinders, saws, forklifts, and boom lifts.
  • Address customer requirements on projects, provided they do not alter the financial terms of the contract.
  • Inspect welds for precision and quality assurance.
  • Measure, align, and mark parts, gather materials, and operate machinery.
  • Weld in various positions.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment.
Qualifications for the MIG Welding Specialist:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Welding certification or diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of welding experience using hand and power tools for installation or repair tasks.
  • Experience in fabrication and workshop settings is preferred.
  • All candidates must possess a valid driver's license and pass drug screening and background checks.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with tact.
  • Capable of performing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
