Roll Form Operator

Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including press brake machines, milling machines, stamping presses, and electrical discharge machines- Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards- Use hand tools, cranes, and forklifts to move materials and products as needed- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaSkills:- Proficiency in operating press brake machines, milling machines, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in metalworking- Experience operating cranes and forklifts for material handling- Knowledge of stamping press operations and electrical discharge machining is a plus- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREENING- MUST HAVE A G.E.D./HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR HIGHERNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
