Roll Form Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including press brake machines, milling machines, stamping presses, and electrical discharge machines

- Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints

- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

- Use hand tools, cranes, and forklifts to move materials and products as needed

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

- Proficiency in operating press brake machines, milling machines, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment

- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques

- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in metalworking

- Experience operating cranes and forklifts for material handling

- Knowledge of stamping press operations and electrical discharge machining is a plus

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks

- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREENING

- MUST HAVE A G.E.D./HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR HIGHER
