Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking duties and rotating products.
  • Process customer e-commerce orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Work effectively in an extremely cold environment, handling tasks such as pulling racks and processing shipments.

Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fundamental math functions, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays.
