Key Responsibilities:
- Directing and overseeing the daily functions of the spa, guaranteeing that outstanding service is delivered consistently to all clients and visitors.
- Meeting and exceeding membership and retail sales targets while collaborating with the franchise owner to track progress against established objectives.
- Leading staff management efforts, including training, monitoring, and coaching sales associates to enhance their performance.
- Creating and managing staff schedules, along with handling human resource responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Overseeing essential business operations, including inventory management, financial transactions, and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong customer service focus with effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and franchise owners.
- Proven leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members to build a cohesive culture.
- Comfortable working within a performance-driven environment and focused on revenue generation.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Previous experience in management, marketing, and sales within the service or retail sectors.
- Ability to identify challenges, set clear goals, delegate tasks, and lead staff effectively.
- Skilled in establishing sales targets and analyzing sales reports to track progress.
- Knowledgeable about labor and employment laws relevant to the operation, including local licensing regulations.
- Preferred: College degree.
