Polar Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

The Senior Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team, product experts, and marketing department to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can think strategically to drive results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS
  • Work closely with the sales team, product experts, and marketing department to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other sales-related documents
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry
  • A proven track record of success in generating new business leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and conferences
