Job Description

The Residential Counselor position involves managing daily operations at our Permanent Supportive Housing Projects. This includes interacting with residents, providing support with daily needs, and collaborating with clinical staff to coordinate services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to engage residents and promote their well-being.
  2. Work closely with clinical staff to coordinate services and ensure residents receive necessary support.
  3. Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring building operations and addressing maintenance requests.
  4. Provide guidance and support to new residents during the leasing and orientation process.
Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A basic understanding of homelessness and its complexities is also essential.
