About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive, SMB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-growth prospects to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Prospect into warm and cold accounts to create new business opportunities with SMBs.
  • Closing new SMB business with a high velocity, including selling upmarket opportunities.
  • Identify and close up-sell/cross-sell/expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain value-driven relationships with key customers, from senior leaders to individual contributors.
  • Work closely with the SDR team and cross-functional partners to support deal cycles.
About You

You are a curious listener with a clear verbal and written communication style. A strong understanding of business value and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms will help you excel in this role.

Minimum 2-4 years of sales, renewal, and/or business development experience, with at least one year of closing experience.

Demonstrated ability to generate sales pipeline and exceed sales targets in an inside sales setting.

Willingness to work in a true startup environment and take on new and unexpected challenges with positivity and creativity.

Exceptionally organized and have experience leveraging Salesforce as a workflow accelerator.

Experience selling software to startups or selling recruiting or HR technology solutions is preferred but not required.
