Job Summary:
The DAVIS Companies, a leading provider of integrated electronic manufacturing services in Nashua, NH, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access relevant paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
- Verify kits, enter batch information, package, and label accessory items according to documented instructions.
- Use appropriate mats and all required tooling.
- Check equipment to ensure proper performance.
- Follow manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision.
- May assemble various systems integration subassemblies.
- Notify leadership of any shutdown situations.
- Enter data into the Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final units.
- Enter quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Estimated Salary: $20 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
