Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Hughes Resources. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding components together to achieve quality expectations while meeting or exceeding throughput and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate welding.
  • Identify and place parts correctly in fixtures for welding.
  • Perform freehand welding when required and document quality control work.
  • Conduct daily maintenance on weld equipment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Operate welding equipment, weld assemblies, and use grinders and hand power tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic math skills, including measurement skills.
  • Ability to read work instructions and set up sheets.
  • Ability to write product descriptions and numbers.
  • Experience: Minimum of one-year MIG welding experience in a production environment.
