We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team at Hughes Resources. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding components together to meet quality expectations and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate welding.
- Identify and place parts correctly in fixtures for welding.
- Perform freehand welding when required and document quality control work.
- Conduct daily maintenance on weld equipment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Operate welding equipment, weld assemblies, and use grinders and hand power tools.
- Basic math skills, including measurement skills.
- Ability to read work instructions and set up sheets.
- Ability to write product descriptions and numbers.
- Experience: Minimum of one-year MIG welding experience in a production environment.
- Paid weekly.
- Direct deposit.
- Health insurance.
- Paid training.
