Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join their team in Emporia, Kansas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiovascular Technologist to work in our Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and angiograms
  • Operate and maintain cardiovascular equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (RCIS or RDCS)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
