Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team in a travel assignment.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiovascular Technologist to work in our Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Perform cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms and peripheral angiograms
- Operate and maintain cardiovascular equipment, including angiography machines and ultrasound devices
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote cardiovascular health
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- Experience working in a Catheterization Laboratory environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
