About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Billing Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Hybrid Billing Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing operational and administrative billing support to our partners, clients, and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue client invoices, generating and disseminating information as needed.
  • Perform billing administrative tasks, including basic narrative edits, write-offs, and preparing and finalizing bills.
  • Work with internal and client teams/departments to ensure seamless billing processes.
  • Generate and disseminate billing information and correspondence, as well as prepare and distribute client reports and information.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and track results and activities, supporting departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or advanced degree preferred, with concentration in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or other related discipline.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in a law-firm or professional organization, with excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Professional approach to responding to requests, with ability to provide quality customer service and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a strong background in Excel.
