Job Description

Soliant Education is seeking an experienced Education Specialist to provide psychological support services for students in 3rd and 4th grades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' learning needs and develop strategies for their academic success.
  • Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal meetings to inform educational planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges faced by students.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to promote student achievement and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions.
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas certification as a school psychologist.
  • Proven experience working with elementary school-aged children, particularly 3rd and 4th graders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives and academic success.
