Job Title: Maintenance Technician

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing equipment and facility utilities.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and troubleshoot various production equipment systems and devices
* Perform regular preventive maintenance as planned
* Conduct regular equipment checks and complete predictive checklists to identify potential equipment failures
* Collaborate with the maintenance planner to schedule and develop inspection routines and preventative maintenance schedules
* Perform new installations and relocations of new/existing equipment
* Assist Team Leaders and line Operators in efficient line start up and equipment adjustments
* Assist other maintenance department staff with technical troubleshooting

**Requirements:**

* Associate Degree or technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Technology
* Proven work experience on electrical/electronic systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Functional knowledge of standard manufacturing practices, including general safety, lock-out tag-out, forklift safety, ARC Flash, and electrostatic discharge awareness
* Electrical skills in troubleshooting and repairing 480/230 v 3ph.120 v and 24v systems
* Working knowledge of testing equipment and devices, including Multi-meter, Thermal imaging camera, and basic hand and power tools
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft windows, MS Office Suite, and outlook email)
