About the Role

Palo Alto Alvarado Concepts is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial kitchen equipment, including boilers, ice machines, freezers, and HVAC systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance on commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment to prevent downtime and ensure our restaurants run efficiently
  • Diagnose technical problems and provide solutions to common issues that restaurants may experience
  • Manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration
  • EPA Certification Type II or Universal preferred
  • Self-starter with a solutions-focused approach, enthusiastic and supportive of our company's mission and values
  • Able to remain positive in high-pressure situations
