Role Overview
The Lead Integration Software Engineer will be responsible for the modification and upkeep of software applications with extensive scope. This position engages in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, focusing on analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and maintenance of various system components or applications. The role consists of 70% transactional work and 30% strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance software applications under the guidance of a manager or technical lead.
  • Contribute to various application development projects as assigned.
  • Participate in formal and informal training sessions to further develop technical expertise.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Utilize creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Field of Study: Technology/Engineering or a related discipline

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in programming (Java, Spring Boot), and at least 2 years in developing integration applications using MuleSoft; hands-on experience with CI/CD (continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Database knowledge (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Understanding of Agile (Scrum) project management methodology and Test-Driven Development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree or Advanced Field of Study: Technology/Engineering or equivalent

Experience: Full stack development experience; proficiency in JS-based client-side frameworks (e.g., React.JS), NoSQL experience, event-driven and microservice architecture experience; mobile application development (iOS or Android).
