We are seeking a highly experienced Water and Wastewater Engineering Practice Lead to join our team at Weston Solutions, Inc. in Texas. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering, including design, analysis, and optimization of water/wastewater treatment systems.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the practice remains innovative and compliant.
- Lead, manage, and oversee the management of multiple water and wastewater engineering projects concurrently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and oversee the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Mentor and guide Project Managers, junior engineers within the water and wastewater engineering practice.
- Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding of client needs, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to support business development efforts.
- Ensure that all water and wastewater engineering projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to the development of the water and wastewater engineering practice by identifying business opportunities and participating in proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the organization's expertise in wastewater engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- 15 plus years of experience in water/wastewater engineering with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Business development experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $112,200 - $149,600 - $187,000
