Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of water/wastewater engineering services and projects in Texas.
  • Provide engineering expertise in the areas of water/wastewater engineering design.
  • Design and manage projects for clients in the areas of stormwater management, erosion and sediment design, and water/wastewater engineering.
  • Assist in business development efforts at the local, state, and federal levels.
  • Build and develop strong client relationships.
  • Oversee the quality assurance and ensure standards and regulatory requirements are being met.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • Professional registration as a Professional Engineer preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design and project management services.
  • Experience in Texas water/wastewater regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of current permitting requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
