Job Title: Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Specialist to join our team at Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our members, dealers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales calling plan to promote our credit union services to auto dealers and other point-of-purchase dealers.
  • Provide exceptional support to our dealer representatives and point of contact, delivering supplies and discussing exceptions to loans as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our community office managers and consumer loan officers and staff.
  • Monitor dealer performance, measuring delinquency, accuracy in titles, and funding ratios, and make recommendations to add or delete dealers from our program.
  • Prepare monthly reports of all business development activities and represent our credit union at various functions.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with two years' experience in sales environment with indirect lending exposure preferred.
  • Three years' plus experience in the credit union or financial institution marketing or lending field, with two years' supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
