About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Case Manager III to join our team at Volunteers of America Los Angeles. As a key member of our case management team, you will be responsible for providing critical support services to vulnerable populations, including homeless veterans and their families. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized service plans for clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and goals
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program coordinators and case managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Participate in outreach events and workshops to promote program services and engage with the community

Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in case management, preferably with a focus on high-needs populations
* Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field; Master's degree preferred
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Estimated Salary:
$31.50 - $32.75 per hour, based on location and experience.
