About the Role:

  • Lead the therapy department and ensure seamless daily operations
  • Provide direct clinical care to patients and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues, management, and patients/families

Requirements:

  • Licensed therapist: COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP-CCC
  • North Carolina license required
  • Previous management experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
