Therapy and Rehabilitation Specialist Job Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Therapy and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Lumberton, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide expert therapy and rehabilitation services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional status and develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing expert therapy and rehabilitation services.
  • Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to more independent living, identifying equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
  • Continually assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan, participating with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan as appropriate.
  • Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits including paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, vision, dental, and medical health plans, employer-paid life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
