Job Overview

Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. This PRN position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated staff in a supportive environment, providing top-notch care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through various therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, and body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. As a member of the therapy team, you will participate in patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide regular progress updates to physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in PT
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting preferred
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
