CleanChoice Energy is a national renewable energy provider and developer that empowers people to change the world with how they power their lives. We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and contribute to our mission of making clean energy feel easy and rewarding.

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to manage our weekly cash flow forecasts, maintain and improve our monthly financial reporting packages, and support our annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting exercises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, accounting, and finance, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly cash flow forecasts to ensure accurate liquidity positioning and anticipate financing needs.
  • Maintain and improve monthly financial reporting packages and supporting analyses for our executive team and Board of Directors.
  • Support annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting exercises to ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Develop and maintain our corporate valuation model, including scenario modeling and ad hoc financial modeling and analytical support.
  • Collaborate with our asset management department to develop financial and operational reports detailing the performance of our generating assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, planning, and modeling.
  • Proven track record of financial modeling skills, including three-statement financial models, using Excel and similar tools.
  • Strong accounting and finance background, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Background in solar, renewable energy, energy, or real estate is a plus.
What We Offer

CleanChoice Energy is a remote-first work environment with occasional DC office hours and travel to team meetings and CleanChoice events. This position offers a base salary range of $125,000 - $135,000, an incentive plan, and a robust benefits package.
