Key Responsibilities
  • Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and commercial properties to connect clients to their desired services.
  • Utilize electronic testing equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve reception issues, ensuring proper functionality from the customer's equipment to the distribution amplifier.
  • Maintain appropriate upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination point on customers' premises.
  • Recommend service upgrades and educate clients on their equipment.
  • Be prepared to take on additional tasks to support the company's mission, uphold brand principles, and embody organizational values.
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record in your applying state.
  • Be flexible to work overtime and on-call to accommodate customer needs.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a positive customer-oriented approach.
  • Able to work in confined spaces, lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and operate in varying weather conditions.
  • Demonstrate at least 3 months of customer service or relevant experience/training.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Ensure regular and punctual attendance to support customer connectivity.
