Key Responsibilities- Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and commercial properties to connect clients to their desired services.
- Utilize electronic testing equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve reception issues, ensuring proper functionality from the customer's equipment to the distribution amplifier.
- Maintain appropriate upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination point on customers' premises.
- Recommend service upgrades and educate clients on their equipment.
- Be prepared to take on additional tasks to support the company's mission, uphold brand principles, and embody organizational values.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record in your applying state.
- Be flexible to work overtime and on-call to accommodate customer needs.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a positive customer-oriented approach.
- Able to work in confined spaces, lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and operate in varying weather conditions.
- Demonstrate at least 3 months of customer service or relevant experience/training.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
