Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic business partner to our plant leadership team, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Manage succession planning, organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure effective talent management, including assessment, development, and training of employees.
- Track and report HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of HR Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
