  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules, taking into account client needs and caregiver availability.
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and analyze scheduling data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement scheduling policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in home care, schedule management, or office administration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and technology.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • On-call availability.
