Medical Staff Coordinator

Job Summary
Optimal Home Care Inc. is a leading provider of home health care services, committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We are seeking a skilled Medical Staff Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with agency policy and protocol, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Assist in maintaining quality in the agency's delivery of care to clients.
- Act as the primary source for admission information and process, collaborating with the CARE team and billing.
- Manage consent, patient's rights, arbitration, contact, financial liability, coverage, expectations, admission process, schedule, and other information related to home health care services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One year of home care experience and intermediate level of experience with Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
