About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cosentino Group in New Orleans, LA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Process and monitor customer purchasing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to customers, including material delivery information and order status updates.
  • Offer product information and pricing through efficient and friendly communication.
  • Manage customer account receivables and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments and checking stock levels.
  • Perform analysis in SAP as requested by management.
  • Manage and maintain the showroom, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Log and record daily visitors and events in SalesForce.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
  • 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry.
  • Customer Service experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry.
