As a specialist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced correctional facility setting, providing high-quality care to inmates while promoting health and wellness within the community.

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to regulatory standards.
