At The Riverside Church, we seek a visionary Minister for Intergenerational Christian Education and Formation to lead our education program.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in administration, and a Master of Divinity degree. Ordination in a denomination affiliated with the National Council of Churches is also required.
This role involves supervising education staff and seminary interns, collaborating with the clergy team and senior staff, and planning and implementing education and formation programs for all ages.
The minister will work closely with the Education Commission and the Senior Minister to interpret the educational mission of the church to the larger community.
We offer a competitive salary range of $115-120K and comprehensive benefits, including generous time off.
