About the Role

This Mental Health Specialist position plays a critical role in our Psych Evaluation team, providing crisis intervention services and conducting comprehensive assessments to develop effective treatment plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and diagnose members' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between treatment phases.
  3. Counsel and educate patients and their families on managing symptoms, adhering to treatment plans, and accessing community resources.
  4. Participate in staff conferences to share knowledge, best practices, and research findings to enhance treatment outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) with less than two years of post-licensure experience.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
