Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service policies, standards, and procedures to align with the company's goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and overall customer satisfaction with our technical support program.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Analyze and report on service metrics with defined SLAs and SLOs, driving service innovation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze customer feedback, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure our customers' needs are understood and met.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Plan and manage departmental budgets; hire, train, coach, and motivate subordinate staff.

Requirements:

  • A combination of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education and experience in service operations.
  • Knowledge of the self-service kiosk industry, market, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in service management tools, systems, and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Able to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A customer-oriented mindset that is quality-focused and results-driven.
  • A bachelor's or higher in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Advanced to expert-level experience in SalesForce, Abas, or other ERP system, and Microsoft Office applications.
