Publicis Sapient, a global leader in Digital Business Transformation, is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our esteemed Growth Force team. As a trusted advisor, you will harness the depth and breadth of our portfolio and extended capabilities to drive profitable growth for our clients.

Your Impact:
  • Lead stewardship for 1-3 clients, ensuring profitable YoY growth and delivering on measured sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute 360-degree relationships with clients, driving growth through new opportunities, buying centers, and innovative solutions.
  • Foster deeper relationships with customer CXOs through marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and PR/media opportunities.
  • Shape proposals and negotiate agreements that meet mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, ensuring contractual arrangements meet defined commercial goals.
  • Orchestrate delivery expectations and satisfaction by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and cross-sell opportunities with all practices and teams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our GTM offerings, brand, and network building, as well as industry trends.
  • Cross-sell across horizontals, services, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Demonstrate high performance and results in goal achievement, account management, people development, business specialization, innovations, and community contributions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with 3 years as an account manager or client partner.
  • Experience managing large accounts of $5-10M.
  • Strong partnership mindset, aligning with C-level executives as a trusted advisor.
  • Understanding of the client's culture, capabilities, team structure, decision-making process, and ability to make decisions for success.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials, Food & Agriculture, Heavy Manufacturing, or other B2B industry, including awareness of industry trends, challenges, opportunities, and disruptors.
  • Passion for people, leadership, equality, and society.
  • Ability to develop and nurture trusted partner-level relationships with C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders.
Additional Information:

Pay Range: $151,000 - $250,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
