Job Summary:
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly motivated Research Specialist II to join our team for a limited duration project focused on evaluating the effectiveness of the flu vaccine. This role involves conducting research at Urgent Care clinics, interacting with patients, and collecting essential data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex recruitment and data collection activities, ensuring high-quality data is collected and maintained.
- Develop and maintain study materials and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and Kaiser Permanente's standards.
- Provide oversight and training to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Offer administrative support for the research study, including coordinating logistics and managing study-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or health research, with a strong understanding of research methodology and data collection.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on health sciences or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
- Advanced knowledge of research methodology, including statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related field, with a strong foundation in research principles and practices.
