Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings, and standard work instructions.
- Verify and inspect work according to standard work.
- Perform quality checks and tests.
- Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque, and hand tools as required.
- Adhere to work and safety rules.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Support a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.
- Understand and support the company's vision and key business goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ideas for improvement.
- Resolve problems at the lowest level possible.
- Identify possible solutions when communicating problems.
- Livesthe company values: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Innovation, and Courage.
- Understand the importance of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Cooperate with the company to raise EHS standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Leak Check and Nail Gun certifications (if applicable).
Performance Expectations
- Score a minimum of 13 on the Employee Performance Review (PMP).
- Score 8/8 on item # 7 on the Standard Work Audit.
- Complete 4 Safety Fixes per year.
- Complete 4 to 7 Process Improvements per year.
- Complete 4 to 7 Quality Activities per year.
- Successfully complete 3⁄4 of Harvey Ball with minutes of Manual Cycle Time.
- Employee Training Record signed off complete.
