At Crystal Tractor of Hastings, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly of various tractors and equipment, including Gravely, Kubota, Mahindra, Husqvarna, Land Pride, CFMOTO, and Takeuchi products.

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer requirements.

Beyond the assembly process, the successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.

We offer a competitive pay rate, up to $45 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, 401K, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble tractors and equipment according to customer specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Diesel mechanic experience preferred
  • Service Technician experience required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
