Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure that product is in stock, available, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Train and coach team members to deliver the service standard and achieve sales goals.
  • Work closely with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and visual displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant trends and products to provide expert advice to guests.
  • Participate in team onboarding and learning to develop skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Lead and hold others accountable.
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
