Job Overview

KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Coordinator to support initiatives in the Quality Department. This role is responsible for generating and distributing various reports to support plan's encounter data monitoring and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Design and distribute reports to stakeholders, including plan's encounter data monitoring and improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality improvement and data analysis.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. Experience with reporting and data compilation, including knowledge of Excel and relational databases.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Masters' in Public Health or related field.
  2. Knowledge of SQL server and advanced financial and/or managed care/provider contract modeling experience.
