- Ensure all equipment and materials are in good working condition and suitable for training purposes.
- Identify and source relevant training materials, including textbooks, online resources, and industry-specific tools.
- Collaborate with industry advisors to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Submit training plans and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document student progress and achievement on training records and reports.
- Record daily attendance and maintain accurate student records.
- Design and deliver instruction that meets the individual needs of students, including those with diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and maintain a high level of student engagement and motivation throughout the training program.
- Ensure students meet the required standards and competencies for certification and employment.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related field, preferably in nursing or healthcare.
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Professional certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and make informed decisions based on that analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
