Nurse Director

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics in New Hampshire. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, selecting, and devising methods and policies to achieve designated goals, while directing nursing supervisors and other personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Performance Management: Plan adequate staffing and adjustments based on patient needs and staff skill mix, and evaluate performance of staff members, including coaching and performance management processes.
- Hiring and Talent Development: Manage the hiring process and maintain and support evidence-based practices in the clinical area.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Negotiate interdepartmental resources and communicate with managers of staff in other departments to ensure effective level of service to the unit/program.
