Weekend Director of Nursing Job Description

At Lebanon Center - Lebanon, NH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Weekend Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of the nursing center from 5 PM on Friday to 7 AM on Monday, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
  • Mentor, educate, and coach nursing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Genesis HealthCare's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with successful nurse leadership experience for at least one year.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
