With over 40 years of experience in innovation and customer satisfaction, CR is currently undergoing significant growth, employing over 300 professionals primarily across offices and facilities in Australia, China, and North + South America.
Your Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service in our Americas region. This position will be crucial in facilitating the coordination and timely delivery of orders through our third-party logistics providers. You will serve as the primary contact by managing receipts and shipments to and from North American warehouse locations, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders within the CR Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and executing orders, invoices, and other customer communications.
- Ensuring timely order confirmations and updates to meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with supply chain team members to provide timely customer order availability and delivery information.
- Resolving and/or escalating customer inquiries and issues.
- Providing information related to CR products and services.
Being bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous, as our customers are located throughout the Americas. Experience with international shipping and exportation, including knowledge of Incoterms, will also be beneficial.
If you possess strong interpersonal skills for building productive partnerships with all stakeholders and are highly organized to ensure that customers receive timely information and updates, we would like to hear from you. Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office for entering, tracking, updating, sending, and retrieving information is highly regarded.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Management.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by strong written and verbal communication; customer service-focused with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
