Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiating and delivering requirements and documentation.
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
Requirements
  • Technical degree or related work experience.
  • Proven experience in analytics and systems development.
  • High proficiency in SQL language and database management.
  • Proven analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with Business Objects and knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
