We deliver quality products and services at competitive prices through a streamlined organizational structure across four facilities, with three located in Michigan covering 910,000 square feet, and one in Ohio, spanning over 800,000 square feet.
The Plymouth, MI facility serves as our corporate headquarters, specializing in suspension, driveline, and track systems. Our Lansing and Lapeer facilities focus on fabrications and armor product solutions, while our St. Mary's, Ohio facility manufactures rubber track products for agricultural, construction, and defense sectors.

Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer utilizes engineering methodologies to facilitate program launch readiness, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role provides essential welding engineering expertise, processing skills, and technical support to ensure that Loc Performance meets optimal standards of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to satisfy both internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development, review, maintenance, and control of engineering documentation, including Technical Data Packages (TDP), Bill of Materials, Process Flow/Routings, Floor Layouts, PFMEA, and Work Instructions.
- Support estimating processes for quoting.
- Develop and validate processes and processing times/standards.
- Facilitate lessons learned activities and their implementation into quotes and standards.
- Identify tooling requirements and assist in tool conceptualization.
- Support manufacturing with process and document interpretation.
