Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a skilled Licensed Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role involves working on various plumbing installations and systems within commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Plumbing Technician, your primary duties will include:
- Executing the assembly and installation of piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing components for effective water distribution and wastewater management.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to construction documents and schedules.
- Managing specific project segments and providing support to the project Foreman.
- Forecasting necessary tasks and materials for plumbing operations.
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant plumbing codes and regulations.
- Conducting basic take-offs and preparing equipment and tool lists.
- Participating in large-scale, complex projects with a focus on safety and quality.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of five years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing, or a combination of relevant education and field experience.
- The ability to interpret construction documents and understand the full scope of plumbing projects.
- Strong initiative and self-sufficiency in work.
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Effective collaboration skills with other trades.
Physical Requirements:
The role requires the ability to:
- Lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Walk long distances between job sites.
- Perform repetitive motion tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Utilize ladders and lifts to access work areas.
- Engage in various physical activities including bending, twisting, and reaching.

Compensation:
